Cancellation Policy

Confirmation All bookings require confirmation before they're finalised — you'll receive confirmation as soon as your slot is approved. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may affect availability for future bookings. No-Shows If you're not available at your vehicle within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the booking will be treated as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may result in a request for pre-payment on future bookings. Weather As washes are carried out outdoors, appointments may need to be rescheduled at short notice due to poor weather (heavy rain, storms, freezing conditions). You'll be contacted as early as possible if this affects your slot. Vehicle Access Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and parked with enough space to work safely around it. For interior cleans, please have the vehicle unlocked or keys available at the time of the appointment. Vehicle Condition Vehicles in excessively dirty condition may incur an additional charge, reflected at the time of service. Payment Payment is collected in person on completion of the service, or via bank transfer if preferred — please arrange this at the time of booking. Availability As a solo, seasonal operation, availability may occasionally be limited — recurring slots are offered where possible, but may need occasional rescheduling.
